Why Am I Angry All the Time? What Should I Do? How Can I Recover and Start a New Journey?

  1. Commit to a 6-month journal – Create a strict to-do list and focus on it daily.
  2. Be honest with yourself – Acknowledge that you're wasting time and not living your best life.
  3. Examine your anger – Are you angry at women around you, like your ex-wife or sister? Why? Are they stronger than you? Is it jealousy?
  4. Test your masculinity – Are you truly angry because you feel insecure? Ask yourself why you're feeling this way.
  5. Consider your male relationships – Are you surrounded by men who use you, and is that causing your frustration? Are you taking it out on the women around you because of this?
  6. Understand the source of your anger – Recognize that your frustration might be misdirected at those closest to you.
  7. List your achievements – What are you proud of in your life? and grateful for?
  8. If your list is short – It’s time to acknowledge that maybe you're jealous of others' success. It's not too late to accomplish more and stop being angry.
  9. Take risks – Make a list of things you never thought you could do, and take the courage to begin your new journey.
  10. Evaluate your happiness – On a scale of 1-10, how happy are you? Make a list of dreams you haven't yet pursued.
  11. Do a deep life clean-up – Remove negative influences, like wrong friends, or habits that don’t serve you.
  12. Limit social media – Are you wasting time online, comparing your life to others? It might be time to delete some apps.
  13. Show appreciation – Are you grateful for the amazing women in your life? Gratitude is key to moving forward.
